All you need to do is cut off a small strand of hair, put it in the special specimen pouch and mail it out to the lab. It is as easy as that! If you wish to keep all information in private, names such Smith or Thomas can be used when filling out the paperwork. Only the envelope number will be inquired when releasing the test results.

Make sure you follow the instructions, as if the hair sample is shorter than 1.5 inches you need to provide a larger amount of it.
