How to use Heating Pad:

1. Remove heating pad from the package.
2. Shake the pad to activate contents
3. For best results use the heat pad in enclosed area such as glove or pocket.

Heating Pad Caution:

• Never place directly against skin.
• Remove the pad immediately if it feels too warm or is uncomfortable.
• For external use only.
• Do not allow contact of substance with mouth or eyes. Wash with water if gets in contact with eyes.If swallowed consult physician immediately.
• Keep out or reach of children.
• Do not use in the oxygen enriched environment

Stays warm for over 15 hours.
