Directions of Use:

Abstain from any unwanted substances for at least 2 days prior to your test deadline and drink plenty of liquids in the days leading to your test.

Use one package of Pre-Tox Capsules as directed two days before your test.
Use the second package of Pre-Tox Capsules as directed on day before your test.
Dissolve one Aqua Clean Tab two hours before your test in 20 ounces of water and drink.
Dissolve the second Aqua Clean tablet one hour before your test in 10 ounces of water; use as a mouthwash that you can drink.
Use the Ultra Wash as directed no more than 30 minutes before your test.
