Do not open pouch until ready to use. 2. Swab the inside of the mouth and tongue for 3 minutes until the sponge-swab becomes softer. Press the swab slightly to ensure saturation. 3. Place the test device on flat surface and press the sponge down firmly so it aligns with notches inside the collector chamber. 4. One minute later turn the collector chamber counterclockwise.
