Suggested Use:
For best results be sure to abstain from undesired substances for at least 48 hours before using this product. Drink plenty of water in the days prior to your urine drug test. On the day of your test, don't drink more than 8 ounces of water per hour. Two hours before testing drink 20 ounces of water. Wait twenty minutes and then drink the entire bottle of QCarbo Plus with all 4 Super Boost Tabs. Wait twenty more minutes and drink an additional 20 ounces of water. Urinate several times before submitting a test sample.
