Directions:

For Urine Tests
One hour before submitting a urine tests, dissolve 1 tab into 20 ounces of water and drink once completely dissolved. After 15 minutes repeat with the second tab. Urinate several times and then submit your urine test one hour after using the Aqua Clean system.

For Saliva Tests
Use the first tab as directed above and save the second tab for use immediately prior to your test. Dissolve the second tab into 10 ounces of water and use as a mouthwash that you can swallow. Make sure you use the mouthwash within 30 minutes of submitting your saliva sample.

Make sure you avoid any unwanted substances for at least 48 hours before using the Aqua Clean tabs. Drink plenty of water in the days prior to your test. Heavy users should consider using 4 tabs back to back.
