Directions:

1. Drink plenty of water in the days prior to your urinalysis. Abstain from using any undesirable substances for at least 48 hours.
2. On the day of the test, don't drink more than 8 ounces of water per hour in addition to your Vale 4x.
3. One to two hours before submitting your urine sample, drink Vale 4x, refill the bottle with water, and drink again.
4. Urinate at least 3 times before going to submit your sample.
5. An hour after drinking Vale 4x you will be ready to submit your urine sample. The effects of Vale 4x last for about 4 to 5 hours.
